Thank author of this post/commentBasement half empty... As part of the pouring of the new auxiliary foundation which flanks the existing foundation, the existing foundation ...basement wall is framed, insulated, sheetrocked, painted and wired. Bracing of this wall requires the removal of a great deal of ...basement to make it livable. ...or half full? The basement is sort of the family room of the house, with all ...basement stuff started and lasted through the evening. By the kids bedtime, all the basement furniture and toys had been cleared ...furniture to build the new basement wall ourselves. Share this: From → Basement Leave

I think this is a good way of getting rid of the pressure. I mean, doing or picking those strawberries from the farm will keep your mind busy and away from stress. I also believe that this is a great way of bonding with your family and friends. Sometimes, we also need to pause and reflect to be able to understand the things that are happening around us. What is important is that you enjoy what you are doing. Thanks.

That is true, we surely have to pause and have a break to relax our mind from all of those stress inducing stuffs. I think it is important if we try to look for some activity that can relax us and have some time to clear our minds with negative thoughts that are not helpful to us. Have some quality time and bond with the whole family, that is one way to relieve stress.

Strawberry picking must have taken your mind off the major home renovation that you had to do, huh? It's a good thing you decided to do this. Strawberry picking may be quite tiring, especially because you are under the heat of the sun but it is sort of a non-thinking job that you can do to de-stress and reflect.

Stress is one of the main causes of man's ailments nowadays. We need to find a diversion or a hobby to relax and unwind to keep ourselves from getting sick.

Many people nowadays who build their own basement in order to store some stuff. But I don't like it if the basement is quite messy. Though it isn't given much attention in the house, I still give time to clean the basement. In fact I am planning to put good basement furniture which I can use when I arrange things in the basement. Any suggestions for basement furniture? Thank you..

Work may cause stress and most likely problems. Most psychologist advice is to keep our minds in relaxation if ever we experience failures and anxiety in life. When you are planning to renovate some part of your home the best thing to do is to chat down plans. Pause for a while and clean up your mind from problems and worries to come up with the brilliant idea.
