Yahoo! Answers: help I can't tolerate noise on even light when I'm trying to sle I mean all the people I know can sleep with the light on and can't stand complete silence , unlike me if there is even as the clock ticking then it means staying awake
You know I am like you sometimes. sometimes the smallest noise and light can't make me sleep. It is better if you consult a doctor to solve your problem. There might be some other reasons that cause you to act like that. I hope that you can overcome this problem. Or you can research tips on how to tackle your problems.
I can bear if the light is still on while I go to sleep. But, with a ticking clock? I don't think I can tolerate it. I set my clock at a particular time every morning, and it only ticks once because I wake up right away. Sometime, my siblings keep the light on because they have to study until late in the evening, but I don't mind it at all.
I do not like the lights on as well when I am to go to sleep. The lights somehow brings some strange feeling in me that makes me wanna do something. And so, my room was always lit dimly. I find dim lighted room relaxing and homey. My room is my most favorite part in the house and I make sure that I make it really cozy. Thanks a lot and have a great day ahead to all.
I can stand to sleep even the light is on. But the noises coming in our surroundings somehow brings some strange feeling in me to be scared. I am the person who has strong feelings with what is going on around us. Sometimes the noise of my neighbors especially the bark of the dogs bring me worries. I cannot tolerate those feelings. I hope I can find a doctor to solve my problems.
Drink a warm glass of milk before going to bed. This does work but be careful as the dreams you'll have will be weird. Not nightmares but just very strange dreams.
