• Page 1 (Original Post) • We have a micro suede couch and love seat and I love them. I have 2 big dogs that yes we do allow them on the furniture. We have a blanket on the couch to help with some of the dog hair. I love this fabric because it doesn't allow the dog hair to become embedded into the fabric. I actually just vacuumed them the other day and it comes right up. Also because it is a non porous material it is great if something gets spilled on it. It cleans up very easily. At the place where we bought it they told us if something does get on it just take a little soap and water and clean it up. We have had great luck with type of fabric. Highly recommend it. Comment #1 Cornelia from Furniture World - Hmmm, I never thought that micro suede would be such a great fabric when it comes to clean up. I really would have thought the opposite. I thought maybe it was one of those fragile types of fabric. Good to know!! Comment #2 tami (168.103.123.36) - Our grandson had an 'accident'...Does anyone have a clean-up idea ? Comment #3 cathy (68.3.130.75) - I HAVE A NEW BROWN SUEDE COUCH THAT WE ALSO ALLOW OUR DOGS ON. THE OTHER NIGHT THE DOGS WERE HOME ALONE AND OUR BOXER WHO IS ONLY 9 MONTHS OLD WAS VERY BORED AND DECIDED TO PULL ON THE BACK OF THE RECLINER PART AND SHE MANAGED TO RIP THE FABRIC. THE RIP IS ABOUT 3 INCHES LONG. I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE HAS ANY IDEAS ON HOW TO REPAIR IT. I HATE TO LEAVE IT RIPPED SEEING THAT IT ISNT EVEN PAID OFF YET AND THE COUCH IS GORGEOUS. Comment #4 rachel hormel (207.255.90.218) - We have the same problem as the girl with the brown new couch excpet our cat has left it like in treads. Its awful. Any repair ideas? Even getting the little shreaded frays off and leaving the holes to repair would be better.. and no comments on how to stop the cat from doing it. i dont care, im selling the stupid cat Comment #5 dawn stiles (74.12.248.196) - a dog just peed on my microsuede couch...what do i do? Comment #6 Dan (72.9.5.80) - Cathy, there's no need to yell. It's rude, and we'd appreciate it if you'd show a little more respect.
