Office furniture

I am in the process of changing all my office furniture and would like some tips, especially in the area of cubicles.

I had an office where eight people worked. There was a big office for me, with my secretary outside.

Then a large central room where I placed cubicles, about five feet high with individual entrances.

Then there was something like a lounge where the coffee pot and cold water area was.

Now I want to change this whole arrangement.

I am going toward the work table idea so that everybody is together without walls.

Does this work?
